Kelly has been training with Jeanette Jenkins ever since she was introduced to her by Serena Williams two years ago. I have also trained with Jeanette a few times since I moved to LA and what I like most about her training style is that, aside from the cardio and weight training, she mixes in Boxing, Yoga and Pilates. She’s also focused on a healthier lifestyle, meaning she doesn’t just train but she focuses on making sure that you are eating the right foods to go along with your work out regimen. During the time we trained, I signed up for Freshology (I’ll give a review in another blog) and had vegetarian meals delivered to my house three times a week.
Kelly Rowland is one of my fitness inspirations, especially her abs so it’s so good that she is putting out this DVD. She mentioned that her fitness inspiration is Halle Berry because she has a great body but it’s still very feminine and not overly muscular. She also made it a point to mention that she doesn’t eat past 8pm. That takes a lot of discipline cause lord knows I love my midnight snacks.

I absolutely adore Kelly Rowland. Her body looks amazing. But didn’t Ms. Rowland receive breast implants a few years back? No shade. What happen to those? …Or was that a story false?
Kelly is hustle man 2011 for real, she is constantly trying new ventures & I love that about her. I really hope that this album does well for her – as her last one was excellent
