Last week, I had the opportunity to travel to CHICAGO!!!! for X Rated Fusion Liqueur’s Holiday Cocktails event in the Lacuna Artist Loft Building . I can not tell you how excited I was about visiting Chicago as I’ve heard so many great things about the city and culture. Just before the event, I stopped by The Tony Riot & The Morning Riot show over at WGCI and afterward, Toccara from Spifster nails came by and she drummed up some Bitchie Nails for me just in time for the event.
It was a really great event held in the Hebru Brand art gallery which had some amazing portraits of vintage jet issues, Prince and more. Movers and shakers that stopped by included Saran Dunmore of the MTV Series, ‘I Use To Be Fat’, DJ D-Nice, AfroBella (Hey Girl!!!), Lovette of Awesomely Luvvie.com, Sinnamon S, Shaneen Murray of Shaneen Knows Chicago, Ms. Windy City, Zondra Hughes from Rolling Out Magazine, Valeisha Butterfield, Co-Founder of WEEN and radio personality UB Rodriguez .
